Service-Based Refunds

Payments made for completed services are non-refundable
Refunds for prepaid services not yet performed may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Cancellations

Service cancellations must be submitted in writing
Cancellation terms are governed by the specific service agreement

Deposits

Deposits, when required, are generally non-refundable as they secure scheduling, staffing, and preparation costs

Disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred or are dissatisfied with a service outcome, please contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the issue.

Administrative Services & Professional Time

Administrative and support services often involve time-based work, preparation, coordination, and system access.

As a result:

Fees for administrative services already performed are non-refundable
Setup fees, onboarding work, system configuration, and preparatory tasks are non-refundable
Refund requests for unused prepaid administrative services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
